Job Overview:
As an Account Manager at T-Works, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and fostering positive relationships. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and converting potential leads into loyal clients while managing client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
Role and Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status, payments, and revisions.
- Address client concerns and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Find potential leads and reach out to them to promote T-Works services.
- Convert leads into clients by presenting proposals and building relationships.
- Project Coordination:
- Relay client requests and revisions to the design and development team.
- Ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
- Payment & Financial Management:
- Send invoices and follow up with clients for payments.
- Assist clients with payment-related queries or issues.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
- Handle any additional client requests or questions.
- Gather client feedback to improve the quality of services.
Bonuses/Incentives
Pocket Money Bonus:
If you secure
4 subscribed clients (monthly or annual plans) in a calendar month, you will receive a
4,000 PHP pocket money bonus, given once per month.
Monthly Plan Incentives:
Earn based on the number of monthly plan subscriptions

| 20 clients | 2,998 PHP + 100 PHP per additional client. |
| 30+ clients | 4,497 PHP maximum incentive. |
Annual Plan Incentives:
Earn based on the number of annual plan subscriptions:

Your Earning Potential
With consistent effort and outstanding performance, here’s how much you could potentially earn in a month:
- Monthly Plan Clients: Up to 4,497 PHP
- Annual Plan Clients: Up to 51,079 PHP
- Pocket Money Bonus: 4,000 PHP
Total Potential Monthly Earnings:
59,576 PHP
